Why Emerge 360 Exists
Young adults aging out of foster care are navigating important decisions about money, work, housing, transportation, and daily life—often all at once. Emerge 360 exists to make practical knowledge and useful resources easier to access.
We recognize capable young people with goals, strengths, and potential. Our purpose is to help create a strong foundation as each person steps into independence.

To empower young adults transitioning from foster care with the knowledge, skills, resources, and support needed to achieve self-sufficiency, financial stability, and a better quality of life.
